By accessing our website, booking a consultation, or receiving dental treatment from ETERNAL Dental, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

About ETERNAL Dental

ETERNAL Dental International operates premium dental clinics offering cosmetic, restorative, implant, and general dentistry. All treatments are delivered by licensed dental professionals in accordance with local healthcare regulations.

Services We Provide

• Dental implants and All-on-4 full-arch solutions
• Porcelain veneers and cosmetic smile makeovers
• Professional teeth whitening
• Crowns, bridges, and restorative dentistry
• Invisible aligners and orthodontic treatment
• Root canal therapy and endodontics
• Preventive check-ups, cleanings, and periodontal care

Every treatment plan is tailored to the individual patient. Quoted prices are estimates and may be adjusted based on clinical findings and scan results.

Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via WhatsApp
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows may incur a fee equivalent to the consultation price
• We reserve the right to charge a deposit for complex or long-duration procedures

Fees, Payments & Refunds

• Fees are disclosed in writing before treatment begins
• Payment is due on the day of service unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards
• Deposits for major procedures (implants, veneers, All-on-4) are non-refundable once lab work has commenced
• Full refunds are issued only if the service has not been delivered and no clinical work has begun

Treatment Consent

Before any treatment, you will sign a written informed consent form covering the procedure, risks, alternatives, and expected outcomes. You may withdraw consent at any time before treatment begins. Treatment will not proceed without your signed consent.

Results & Expectations

While we use the latest techniques and high-quality materials, dental treatment outcomes vary based on individual biology, oral hygiene, lifestyle, and adherence to post-treatment instructions. We do not guarantee specific aesthetic outcomes and will always discuss realistic expectations during your consultation.

Warranty on Dental Work

We provide the following warranty periods on our craftsmanship, conditional on regular check-ups and proper aftercare:

• Dental implants (osseointegration): lifetime warranty on the implant fixture
• Crowns & bridges: 10 years against manufacturing defects
• Porcelain veneers: 10 years against debonding or fracture under normal use
• Root canal treatment: 5 years
• Fillings: 2 years
